Several years ago all around the world many institutions of higher education have been working on the educative modernization, including on their works curricular re-estructuration and reformulation, searching for the students’ and teachers’ mobility as well as the enlargement of their skills and competences, according with the requirements of national and international market. The institutions of higher education are applying in the classrooms the strategies for learning of the new techonologies of information and communication (TIC). In this article the authors discuss the state of the art related to the standards drawing the interactive objects for learning.
