El Proceso de Bolonia: hacia la creación del espacio común europeo de educación superior

Abstract

The creation of “European Space of Higher Education” is analyzed by the authors as the main lever accomplishing the mobility of the students and academic personnel in Higher Education, by comparability procedures, recognition and certification of their professional studies. The authors interpret this proposal as a training for governance and analyze it from the point of view of the “New Public Gestion”. They attempt to prove that the Bologna Process should be suitable on the future of Mexican Universities and they try to identify failures and successes in the way of its adoption.
