Una vía para el desarrollo social

Abstract

Based on the dystopian scenarios that classic science fiction authors have conceived, this article is raising the problem of social appropriation of information and communication technologies (ICT). Within this frame of reference the paper proposes a series of elements in order to stress the relevance of education, to achieve a level of digital culture that may be useful to survive in modern society, and grounded on this technological platform promote social development among communities, as well as academic communities.
