Abstract

This work emphasizes the axes involved in how to propose to authorize and perform actions for innovation in college plans and social programs have the desired effect. The axes of analysis are: first, the policy that gives certainty to the university, but at the same time without the intention, gives slow, resulting in updates to arrive late to teachers and students; the second axis refers to when the existence of spaces of comfort in the most reluctant teachers to accept changes that affect their schedules, how they teach and disseminate their work related to teaching is detected; and finally, the axis of students requiring appropriate changing knowledge, models assume that transform interactions, recognize and incorporate ways of knowing, learning and validate knowledge in different and various ways and serve with efficiency and commitment social vision of the labor market which constantly renews their modes of production, to transcend their jobs and hire human resources.
