Un referente internacional para la conducción de la política pública en México.

Abstract

The article analyzes the implementation of public policies that has changed academic work in last decades in China, Europe and Mexico. For each of these regions, it is analyzed the national and regional context in which public policy is formulated and implemented, as well as the factors that explain the transformation of academic work and its consequences, with the purpose of reflect how, from a collective participation, formulation of public policy will bring best results.
