The purpose of this paper is to analyze the way in which teaching, research and social service intertwine in a module on the Xochimilco, Modular System. The Low Income Housing Workshop (Taller de Vivienda Popular) is taken as a case of study since it allows architecture undergraduate students majoring in low income housing problems.
