In the context of eighty years of the Cordoba, Argentina Student Movement, I am showing a prospective reflection on the Higher Education future, to project a 2018 constructive scenario taking, in general terms, the advances and the debate generated by UNESCO in the Latinamerican region. The scenario presents an a onganizational propousal that wants to rise and innovative and cooperated academic structure.
