La metodología del diseño como instrumento para la creatividad

This work intends to bring to light the complexity of the aspects involved in the conceptualization and creation of architectonic spaces as well as the problems faced by teachers in the transmission of knowledge in a central area in the understanding of what the creation of an architectural space is. I refer to what we know as the composition workshop, a pedagogical space at the core of the whole proposal related to the development of the professional practice of architecture. In the given that creation is innovative expression offering an original and coherent alternative, and therefore inherent to the ability that distinguishes mankind, methodology in architectural design is an instrument used by the designer to systematically effect the process which will help him/her conceptualize and develop any particular project. Considering these issues, this article presents the methodology practiced with the evening class in Architecture studies within the Division of Science and Arts for Design at the Xochimilco Unit.
