The purpose of this handwork is to analyze the limitations between the teaching evaluation questionnaires and its effects in the academic profession. Such limitations are associated to the complexity of defining an efficient teaching, the metric used to measure it, its relation with the incentive programs and the validity of the evaluation questionnaires. The author proposes several alternatives for the teaching evaluation to serve the purpose of feeding back the university teaching.
