Las tensiones y efectos entre dos espacios de organización de la investigación en la UAM

Abstract

This paper deals with the different tensions and effects, positive and negative, that the emergence of a new form of research organization in the UAM known as the Academic Corps has produced. This organizational model is a product of the public policies impelled for all public institutions of higher education by the federal government since the last presidencial period. The goal is to question the way in which educational organizations, in particular the UAM, responded to the complexities derived form the implementation of the different research organizational forms that coexist within them.
