Representaciones sociales de los profesores de la UAM-X sobre la evaluación de la docencia e investigación

In this text it is identified, through the theoric-methodological proposal, of the social representations (SR), certain perceptions, opinions, images that the teachers of the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, Xochimilco (uam-x), have built respect to the evaluation that the institution carries out of its academic work. For the gathering of information two types of instruments were used: 1) a questionnaire with questions of free association and 2) an e-mail in which it is requested to the teachers to express what means the academic evaluation for them according to their personal experiences. Talking about the questionnaire, in which this article is based, the most frequently used words were organized in semantic families, with the intention to carry out the hierarchization of the contents to locate the field of the representation. To support some of the identified contents by terms of the questionnaire, it presents certain arguments that the teachers expressed in the emails.
