Abstract

Computer information skills are a key element for increasing the efficiency of the teaching-learning process. While this is true at all levels, it is particularly important for post-secondary education. It is university graduates, for the most part, who hold the socio-economic, cultural and political future of the country in their hands. In today’s information society, searching, evaluation and user skills are the new literacy upon which the pillars of current and future society are raised.
