Abstract

International capitalism has defined the function of the State in Economy. Privatization of public corporations the reduction of the budget of governments have reinforced and opened the national and global markets. The national States are subordinated to decitions and polices of supranational entities. Theese organizations are have a main principle: weak State, strong market. Educative Systems seem to be regulated by this new logic.
