Elementos significativos de la ética profesional

Abstract

This article is the second part of an ongoing study to develop a theoretical frame of reference for professional ethics, part of the collective research project Professional and communal values of graduate students at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. Two issues are treated; some basic notions of this field of study, and a definition and characterization of three of the most important values; autonomy, responsibility and professional competence.
