Construcción de significado en un proceso de internacionalización en una organización universitaria

Abstract

The present work focuses on the process of social construction involved in the act of organizing. Based on a socialconstructivism paradigm, it highlights the importance of the process as it constructs, stabilizes and re-creates the social organizacional world. At the same time, discourse is considered as constituent and constructive of organizations other than their representation and reflection. This proposal is developed having into account the theoretical framework of sensemaking. It is raise that the groups formed to carry out projects or programs influence on decisions at the diagnosis, design and implementation levels, by making sense of the interaction of established and emergent discourses. Empirically, the work was carried out within a program of institutional strengthening of the international dimension of a recognized Argentine University.
