Abstract

In the XXI century, the ideas expressed by Charles Darwin still causing discussion and controversy that transcend the field of science and face in the biological sciences to divergent views about raising darwinian orthodoxy scientifically-based evolutionary hypotheses are examined also the possibilities and achievements in this century by reviewing the interpretations and application of the basic ideas and problems of current scientific awareness and darwinian medicine.
