Abstract

The current context is hostile to utopias, yet in this article we explore the concept and dream of a thriving university. This utopian university is a subjectuniversity that links ist objective and subjective dimensions in conscious awareness and praxis. The excercise of consciousness and praxis confers six abilities on the subject-university through the material and subjective structures from which they arise. The ethos of the subject-university stems from autonomy, reflection and responsibility.
