Entre algoritmos y humanismo
ética y creatividad universitaria en la era de la inteligencia artificial

En este trabajo nos proponemos analizar el impacto de la inteligencia artificial (IA) en la universidad, destacando sus oportunidades y riesgos. La IA potencia la innovación pedagógica, la personalización del aprendizaje y la investigación, pero plantea dilemas éticos relacionados con la privacidad, la autoría, la justicia social y los sesgos algorítmicos. Se subraya la tensión entre una visión instrumental —centrada en la eficiencia y la productividad— y una visión humanista —orientada a la ética, la creatividad y la formación integral—. La propuesta es concebir la IA como herramienta complementaria que expanda la creatividad y fortalezca la misión crítica de la universidad. Asimismo, se plantean líneas de investigación en ética algorítmica, pedagogías humanistas y creatividad asistida, junto con acciones educativas para asegurar que la IA contribuya a la justicia social y la dignidad académica.
