Abstract

In recent years the rhetoric linking globalization to employment has created a series of challenges and prejudices about how the former has affected the organization and production of knowledge within public institutions of higher education. This process led to separation, it is time to create new approaches that links professionals with current labor market and hiring practices where both parties can generate solutions to common problems.
