sistematización de experiencias con IA Generativa en la formación inicial universitaria (UNRC-UAM)

La irrupción de la ia Generativa (IAG) en la educación superior ha propiciado un uso acrítico y clandestino, desafiando la integridad académica. Este estudio cualitativo con estudiantes universitarios documenta una intervención pedagógica para fomentar el uso crítico y humanista de estas herramientas. Se implementó sistematización de experiencias de intervenciones educativas. Los hallazgos revelaron que el uso de la IAG fue instrumental; la variable diferenciadora no fue la competencia tecnológica, sino factores humanos como la dinámica grupal y las habilidades blandas. Concluimos que la capacitación técnica es insuficiente sin el robustecimiento del pensamiento crítico, la colaboración y la formación disciplinar, subrayando la necesidad de una pedagogía centrada en la persona. Sostenemos la necesidad de diagnósticos iniciales para futuras intervenciones que aborden la “inercia negativa” del estudiantado hacia la IA.
