La planeación estratégica gerencial en la capacitación de directivos de la seguridad social

Abstract

Interamerican Centre for Social security studies (CIESS) is a training and research agency that belongs to the Interamerican social security Conference, which groups 70 social security institutions of America. CIESS main office is in Mexico City and it offers a variety of subjects as the strategic planning, which is teach in several events at CIESS. Strategic planning is an administrative tool useful for make decisions. The decisions involve in this area are the long-term decisions in order to solve the organisations challenge in front of the changing world. In this work it is described the characteristics of this administrative tool as a solution in management training and the curricula of the Strategic planning course in the open learning modality; which was imparted by first time at CIESS. Qualities of the Open learning System at CIESS are included. Finally content the conclusions of this experience and suggestions in order to improve the didactic material.
