Características ideales de la Universidad futura

Abstract

Future university must incorporate new knowledge originated in present cientific and technological transformations. It also needs appropiate infrastructure and equipment, as well as innovative methods, siutable academic and administrative organization and working environment. The future university requires values to manage incertitude, the unforeseen and astonishment, its fuction and performance needs to be focused in students, and train them in self-learning habilities, knowledge management, and adaptation to innovation.
