Abstract

This article deals about some of the essential characteristics of public universities, in as much as their essential characteristics perspective, as per the strength they try to impress in their students, from the integral professional preparation aspect ’till the citizen’s values and their commitment to society. In some way, universities are spaces in witch there is a permanent search of the best human co-existence in all aspects. The moral strength existing in the generation and transmission of general and specific knowledge, is one of its most important pillars and the most valuable concept to makes it last and transced in time and space.
