Un escenario en construcción

Abstract

In the context of eighty years of de Cordoba, Argentina Student Movement, I am showing a prospective re flection on the Higher Education future, to project a 2018 constructive scenario taking, in general terms, the advances and the debate generated by the UNESCO in the Latinamerican region. The scenario presents an organizational proposal that wants to rise in a in novative and cooperated academic structure.
